The PTA's mission is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
Since the opening of the school in 1977, our organization has been an active and effective group of dedicated volunteers. One of the most appealing aspects of Crossroads Park is the caring cooperation that exists between the staff and parents for the benefit of our children.
Volunteering provides you with an opportunity to be personally involved with your child’s school, teachers and friends. Whether you can help on a weekly or once-a-year basis, we have a place for you. Our needs are diverse, and require a wide variety of skills and time commitments that focus on specific events, tasks and ongoing activities.
Parents are encouraged to attend the monthly PTA meetings. It is a great way to find out what is happening, meet other parents and voice your ideas and opinions. Both daytime and evening meetings are scheduled throughout the year. However meeting attendance is not required.
"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."
